Return Policy
At Chokhi Fashion Enterprises, weβre committed to delivering the best customer experience. No Return and No Refund. Exchange is allowed only when damage/size change but shipping charges are applied.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer product exchanges for most items.
Return Eligibility
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- No signs of washing or damage
Note: For claims regarding missing or incorrect items, please provide an unboxing video with delivery boy within 24 working hours of delivery. Claims without video evidence may not be entertained.
Return Confirmation
Once your return is received at our warehouse and passes quality checks, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns are free if you received incorrect, damaged, or wrong-sized items. If the returned product fails our quality checks, it will be shipped back to you.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at chokhifashionenterprises@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and SKU to start a return.
Pickup Policy
Our courier partner will attempt pickup at your registered address. You will receive an SMS confirmation on the day of pickup.
Pickup Failure: We make up to 2 attempts. If all attempts fail, the request will be marked as closed. You may contact us to raise a new request.
Additional Notes
- Ensure the correct item is handed over at pickup. Chokhi Fashion Enterprises is not responsible for wrongly returned items.

- Pickup arranged within 2 business days of return request
- Amount reflects in your account in 5β7 business days
Refund Modes
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
- COD orders: Refunds issued via bank transfer (we will collect details)
Note: Packaging must not be damaged or torn. Orders returned in poor condition may be rejected.

Can I change the refund mode?
No. Refunds are processed using the original mode of payment.
When are returns accepted?
Within 15 days of delivery for most products
COD Refund Method:
Via bank transfer (account details will be requested post-return).
If my order is lost or undelivered?
A full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued.
Are shipping/COD charges refunded?
No. These charges are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, email us at chokhifashionenterprises@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order. Orders already shipped may not be cancelable.
Debit/Credit Card Refund Time:
Depends on your bank. Refunds over βΉ5000 may trigger SMS alerts; otherwise, check your statement.
Refundable Amount:
Only the product value is refunded. Shipping/handling fees are not refunded.
