We ship orders using trusted logistics partners including:

• India Post / Speed Post
• Others as applicable

5. Shipping Areas

• We currently ship within India.
• If you are outside our delivery zone, please contact us to check if shipping can be arranged.

6. Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery may be delayed due to natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen events.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping partner to resolve the issue.
